| WEEK 3 PICKS bukkake tsunami 14, frankenbitches 12 thought the frankenbitches have been playing significantly better over the first two weeks of the season, i see this being the game where the tsunami breaks out of their semi-slump and shows the rest of the league that they're gonna be around in august. the conditions at hoffa centre on sunday should be pretty sloppy, which should help the less than pretty style of the bukkake as much as it hurts the frankenbitches finesse game. look for bryan frank to be picking himself off the ground in the scrum, then in just about every inning after that. the minor-team 10, jukebox hero 7 given mcclelland's return the the m.t. lineup, this looks as though it will be a squash. but with billy weisberg playing like shit, and erin hayden playing only slightly better than shit, this team could very well be mistaken for the jukebox heroes were they ever to wear their yellow batting practice jerseys for an actual game. let's assume jukebox will get at least one good player on their team, who will totally cancel out mcclelland and leave only terry hall as the difference in this one. hall plays good, minorities easily. hall struggles, jukebox could see their first win. team wet dream 19, live sex celebration 14 live sex celebration is a pretty good team, but i find it hard to belive they are 2 games better than wet dream after 5 in the book, which would be the case if they were able to pull off the win in this one. though jamie moroco has come around of late, live sex is still lacking an offense potent enough to keep up with twd's scoring juggernaut. perhaps kip corbett or the fresh-from-bavaria ben elliott will have themselves a .750 game OR nate tomko drops though 8 homers, but more likely the balanced attack of katie kelly, aryn christman and terry shernisky will simply score too many for live sex to match. cashdollar & associates 13, team wet dream 11 riding high after knocking off live sex, team wet dream will let down in this one to a cashdollar squad that finally gets back the player it's desperatly needed over the first two weeks, jon biddle. look for biddle to put back 8 double plays in this one, limiting the normally bountiful scoring oppurtunities for twd and therefore frusturating their offense, and mikey chang hitting just enough timley shots to give cash the huge upset win. neither nespor will make a sound. bukkake tsunami 10, jukebox hero 3 the tsunami makes it 3 straight in this one-sided beatdown where rando and company are barely challenged. jukebox usually plays one good game a day. i see them using it up in a tough loss to the minorities, meaning this is the one where jukebox plays like jukebox should. ben smith, pat lackey and the big man are finally looking like they know what they're doing, though it's tricky to say that after only one good outing a week ago. at any rate, even if they're not playing their best, it should be more than enough to beat whichever band of misfits suits up for jbh. live sex celebration 16, cashdollar & associates 11 cash beats wet dream, wet dream beats live sex, live sex beats cash. it makes sense for three pretty evenly matched teams. the difference here is that, while having a field day against wet dream, biddle is going to find the going a lot tougher against the inside game of tomko, corbett and elliott. the frankenbitches 20, the minori-team 5 the hot-cold offense of the frankanbitches should heat up against the minorities, mainly because i think this team is cursed. erin did herself a good job is creating a squad that sure does look good on paper and in warm-ups, but until the hall of famer starts playing like a hall of famer and the former player of the year regains his form, hayden's just gonna be piling up losses like dead hookers in pj's basement. franko, meanwhile, just continues to be the best team in the sbl that nobody talks about. cashdollar & associates 9, bukkake tsunami 8 the third time is going to be a charm for cashdollar, as rivalry finally becomes two sided thanks to the return of jon biddle. with him, cash becomes the better team in theory, though things tend to play out differently on the sbl court. my main reason for this pick, however, is that bukkake tsunami just isn't pretty enough to win 3 games in a week or 4 games in a row. besides, i can personally attest that rando will be in no condition to play good, cause he drank about 30 beers last nite. of course, so did pj...
