| BRYAN FRANKOVICH while without a doubt the sbl's resident dartboard and punching bag, bryan frankovich is also one of its most talented players. a regular sbl captain, all star, all-american and player of the year contender, frankovich burst onto the scene in 2003, finishing third in the rookie of the year voting. since then, frankovich has been in the top tier of the sbl, helming his hot fuzz squad to his first sbl world championship in 2007. he was three times a player of the year finalist, finishing second in 2006, thanks in part to his all-around game. bryan is just as comfortable from the single line as he is the homerun stripe, and is also the most dangerous double play and assist man in the business since the departure of jon biddle. for the man who spent many of his early years in the sbl with the shadow of "will never win anything" looming over him, b.frank finally gets his props in 2009. awards 2005 all-star game mvp 2006 all-star game mvp 2007 sbl world champion 2007 sbl least valuable player 5-time sbl first team all-american (2004-2008) 5-time sbl all-star (2004-2008) 2-time sbl all-star captain (2006, 2007) records double plays, game: 9 (2006) |
