| danielle: FACT. I think they had a bad week and I didn't help with my horrible display. It's gotta be their time to win at least against Jukebox Hero, the Fupalooters will be tough but I think they can. |
| danielle: FICTION. I'm sorry Jon you are an awsome defensive player but when it comes to offense I think he comes up just short of being player of the year. Don't get me wrong he is very good but player of the year has to be the best. |
| danielle: FACT. I think everyone agrees with me on this one. I know many people aren't having as much fun as they used to and I'm sure it has to do with not getting to play with who they are used to playing with. It's supposed to be fun so everyone should play with the people we want to. |
| danielle: FACT. Come on Rando Knight is on that team! No really they definately are the best looking team. |
| danielle: FACT. That team was unbeatable. There is not one team this year that would even have a chance against them. |
| b.frank: FACT. this would be a great addition to championship weekend. put every girl in the league in this, in a round-robin type bracket, and you got yourself a fantastic event for the evening. i'm going to go ahead and say shelley will win it, simply because she seemed hungry and pissed off after losing to aryn last weekend. we'll just have to wait and see. |
| b.frank: FICTION. jukebox, yes, but no way in hell are they going to beat the biddle-lackey experience. especially with them coming off the koopa/ladies victories. i can't see them beating this hot team. |
| b.frank: FICTION. although he is doing well recently, my vote has to go to ben smith. he is putting up great numbers and has helped his team back from an early-season slump. |
| b.frank: FICTION. i don't think there was much of an effect on anyone when these duos went their own ways. the nate and shelley spilt made it much more interesting when these two superstars go head to head with each other. |
| b.frank: FICTION. jukebox gets my vote. what other team has the boob jersey? that's some funny stuff there. |
| b.frank: FACT. although there are a lot of great teams this year, i don't think anyone would stand a chance against the sj2b. they were just a great team with a very, very, very deep lineup. i don't even see how they lost to hoosier daddy last season, even without nate. |
| greg: FACT. this weeks scrum between aryn and shelley was one of the most entertaining scrums i've ever seen. the problem is that most of the sbl ladies don't have the heart or die hard spirit for the scrums, so maybe we should just have a rematch battle royal cage match between aryn and shelley for the female title. hopefully we can arrange for some mud or other props to make the scrum more enjoyable.. |
| greg: FACTISH. if jon o isn't playing frisbee and elysa comes ready to play, this weekend should be interesting. they should easily beat a not-stacked jukebox team this weekend, and might give the fupalooters a run for their money. earlier this season a full anal team smashed the disorganized fupas 19-4. however, if all the fupas show up and continue playing like they have been it will be a different game. however, me being a fupalooter leads me to believe that a full fupa team will go 2-0 again this week. one thing for sure is that anal need to get their things together and start winning some games if they want to be contenders. |
| greg: FACT. biddle is one of the strongest players in the league. he wavered a couple of weeks, but has helped spark the fupas to their 4-game winning streak. if the fupas want to keep their streak going, they're going to need some solid play from their captain. things are looking up for biddle; over the past two weekends he has regained his lead in the double play category and brought his average up into the .500's. if the streak continues, he may just find his way back in. |
| greg: FICTION. by breaking up the duos it adds more diversity to the league. this year we have 8 solid teams who could give anyone a game. it's much more interesting when there aren't one or two teams who dominate a season. some of the duos needed to be ended, such as the bryan/mike combo- they spend way to much time together anyway and who wants to see that? |
| greg: FACT. if being good and having power makes you sexy, then they have this one in the bag. i'm taking this question as saying that the dynasty of pj&l is the sexiest ever, and being an ex-lady makes me a little biased. |
| greg: FICTION. pj and koopa are two solid teams. even though the sj2b were overly stacked and dominated the league last year, i think the ladies or koopa could give them a game. a fully manned pj team with weisberg, tomko, nespor, knight, christman and clayton all playing to their full abilities could easily beat the bluffs, but if we're talking the pj team that usually shows up, then who knows. koopa troopa would have the same problem. so i guess it depends on if we're talking about a mythical showdown in which everyone of both sides shows up and plays well, or the teams we see every weekend. |
