| SBL 2005 office of the president captain's contract by signing my name below i, as a captain of an shenangahela baseketball league team in 2005, do hereby understand and agree to the following: - it is my responsibility to see that every effort has been made for my team to come to it's scheduled games each and every week - it shall be solely my responsibility to make sure my team is in uniform for each game. i am aware that what the league describes as a uniform will vary, but it will be agreed upon by myself and the sbl prior to the season - the cost of entering a team into the sbl is $40.00, and this financial burden falls onto my shoulders as captain. i may collect money from the players on my team - i have read and understand the sbl rulebook, and will do my best to see that my team either follows the rules and regulations. - i'm aware that we've done changed the rules from last season. - i acknowledge that each sbl team will have at least 4 players capable of reffing, scorekeeping, and doing the shot chart and scoreboard. it is my duty to make sure my team helps with these responsibilities. - if any member of my team breaks the laws of the sbl, i may get punished or penalized for it - i will not badmouth or denounce the league in any way, like tim mclaughlin, who is currently serving his lifetime ban. the bitch. - it is my responsibility to find 2 week's games worth of courts during the 2004 season. yeah, they can be the same court twice. - i will, under no circumstances, have sexual relations with nate's girlfriend. unless i'm shelley, cause that would be pretty sweet. - i understand that my team will be in charge on concessions no less than twice this basketball season, and will fulfill my concessionary dutied to the fullest of my abilities. - i must supply chalk to line my court. though it only costs a few bucks, president tomko got bills to pay, and it is unfair of me to expect him to buy 4 buckets of chalk each season. - i acknowledge that president tomko is a sexy beast. i inderstand that any stipulations can and will be added to this contract by the sbl board thruought the season as condiitons warrant, and by signing my name below, agree to said conditions. . . please sign this document is to be printed out, signed, and mailed to the sbl offices, c/o nate tomko 960 robertson road hermitage pa 16148 only after reception of this contract will the sbl officially recognize you as a captain |
